Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AS9 Test Lead to oversee testing activities across complex data pipeline projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance Testing (PFT)
• Develop and maintain testing strategies, manage resource assignments, and ensure alignment with project requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and ensure quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in managing end-to-end testing processes
• Proven ability to develop test strategies and plans
• Experience working with System Integrators, developers, and OEMs
• Hands-on experience in test automation and quality assurance practices
• Ability to track and report testing progress to stakeholders
