Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead to guide an enterprise-wide integration initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the overall test strategy and approach for the integration project
Lead and oversee all System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Manage the entire defect lifecycle and track key quality metrics

Required Qualifications

8+ years as a Test Lead
3+ years leading QA efforts as a Test Lead or Test Manager
Strong background in test planning, execution, and management for system integrations
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
