Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead to join their quality assurance team for a critical project.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall test strategy for UI, API, database, and automated testing
• Perform functional, usability, accessibility, and regression testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Lead defect management efforts and provide visibility into test activities through metrics and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Test Engineer, Test Automation Engineer, or Test Lead
• Solid understanding of software test methodologies and experience with enterprise-level web applications
• Experience implementing test automation frameworks and developing automated tests using C#, Selenium, or similar tools
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and utilizing automated tests as quality gates
