Test Lead

Job Summary

Leading the testing lifecycle for incentive compensation implementation projects, the full-time Test Lead will coordinate testing activities, create test strategies, and manage defect tracking in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and conduct testing status materials and meetings
• Write detailed test work plans, scenarios, and scripts based on business requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute and document test procedures

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in testing IT software implementations, preferably in incentive compensation
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Highly proficient in MS Excel
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to understand testing/data
