Test Lead

Job Summary

Leading a high-visibility enterprise transformation program, the full-time Test Lead will develop and execute testing strategies, mentor testing teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes across multiple business units in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall testing strategy and plans for project implementation initiatives
• Lead testing activities including functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing
• Coordinate and mentor testing teams across various business units and external partners

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test management roles
• 4+ years of experience leading testing teams in a Test Lead or Test Manager position
• Proven experience with large-scale ERP implementations or complex enterprise platforms
• Strong expertise in various testing methodologies including functional and integration testing
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
