Test Lead
Job Summary
To support testing functions in both System and Integration Test environments, the full-time Test Lead will create master test plans, execute test cases, and mentor project teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and document master test plans, test cases, and schedules for various testing types
- Execute test scenarios across development projects and validate requirements for system and integration testing
- Identify, track, and report defects, issues, and risks while performing regression testing to ensure software quality
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 6+ years of experience in IT testing environments
- Experience in creating and executing test plans and cases for various testing types
- Ability to mentor teams and ensure testability and verifiability of requirements
- Previous experience in the airline industry is preferred
