Test Lead
Job Summary
To support testing functions in both System and Integration Test environments, the full-time salaried Test Lead will create master test plans, execute test cases, and mentor project teams throughout the Development Lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and create master test plans, test cases, and schedules for various projects
- Execute test cases across development projects, including functionality, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, track, and report defects while validating requirements for system and integration testing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- 6+ years of experience in an IT testing environment
- Experience with creating test plans and executing various types of tests
- Ability to mentor teams and ensure testability of requirements
- Previous experience in the airline industry is preferred
