Test Lead - Automation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead - Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and exploratory testing, analyze business requirements, and draft detailed test plans
• Create test strategies and manage the complete STLC process while coordinating with project teams
• Manage defect tracking, maintain QA artifacts, and communicate status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in manual testing and test automation for Salesforce applications
• Proficiency in Selenium with Java and strong knowledge of STLC processes
• Experience in Agile methodology and test management tools like JIRA and HP ALM
• BE/B. Tech in any specialization
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries
