10+ years of experience in software testing, with strong leadership exposure
Proven experience as a Test Lead in large enterprise environments
Strong functional expertise in Oracle ERP modules, particularly Payroll
Solid understanding of US payroll processes and compliance
Experience in Oracle ERP implementation programs
