Test Lead State Integrated Eligibility

Job Summary

Leading a team of 6 to 8 testers, the remote Test Lead State Integrated Eligibility will manage end-to-end functional testing activities for state government eligibility systems, focusing on programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and Child Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of testers throughout the testing lifecycle
• Plan and oversee end-to-end functional testing activities for State Integrated Eligibility systems
• Ensure adequate test coverage across various eligibility and benefits programs

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software testing experience with a focus on functional testing
• 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead managing teams of 6 to 8 testers
• Hands-on experience with State Integrated Eligibility systems
• Strong functional knowledge of eligibility and benefits programs including Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and Child Care
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
