Test Lead - State Integrated Eligibility

Job Summary

Leading a team of 6 to 8 testers, the remote Test Lead - State Integrated Eligibility will manage end-to-end functional testing for state government eligibility systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage of programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of testers throughout the testing lifecycle
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end functional testing activities for State Integrated Eligibility systems
• Ensure adequate test coverage across various eligibility programs and validate eligibility determination workflows

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software testing experience with a focus on functional testing
• 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead managing teams of 6 to 8 testers
• Hands-on experience with State Integrated Eligibility systems and related benefits programs
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
