Job Summary
Leading a team of 6 to 8 testers, the remote Test Lead - State Integrated Eligibility will manage end-to-end functional testing activities for state government eligibility systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage across programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of testers throughout the testing lifecycle
- Plan and oversee end-to-end functional testing activities for State Integrated Eligibility systems
- Ensure adequate test coverage across various eligibility programs and validate workflows and integrations
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software testing experience with a focus on functional testing
- 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead managing teams of 6 to 8 testers
- Hands-on experience with State Integrated Eligibility systems
- Strong functional knowledge of eligibility and benefits programs including Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF
- Experience working on state government or public sector projects
