Test Lead - State Integrated Eligibility

Job Summary

Leading a team of 6 to 8 testers, the remote Test Lead - State Integrated Eligibility will manage end-to-end functional testing for state government eligibility systems, ensuring comprehensive coverage across Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and Child Care programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end functional testing activities for State Integrated Eligibility systems
• Validate eligibility determination workflows and cross-program integrations while managing a team of testers
• Develop and maintain overall testing strategies, plans, and execution schedules, ensuring compliance with project quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software testing experience with a strong focus on functional testing
• 3+ years of experience as a Test Lead managing teams of 6 to 8 testers
• Hands-on experience with State Integrated Eligibility systems and strong knowledge of eligibility and benefits programs
• Experience working on state government or public sector projects
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
