Test Lead with Automation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Lead with Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead validation of UI configuration changes for the Insurance Now application, including test design, execution, and reporting
• Guide QA team members in setting up automation environments and mentor testers in developing automation scripts
• Partner with business stakeholders to document critical path functionality for regression testing and create detailed user stories in Jira

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, configuration, and integrations
• Experience with InsuranceNow or similar insurance applications
• Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies, test design, and execution
• Hands-on automation experience with Selenium, Java, Maven, Node, and related frameworks/tools
• Proven experience leading QA teams and mentoring junior testers
