Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Management Office (TMO) Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Test Management function, ensuring governance, planning, and control across testing engagements
  • Govern the TCOE strategy, monitor outcomes, and ensure alignment with quality, risk, and compliance objectives
  • Provide oversight and guidance to Test Directors and Managers, coordinating testing demand inflows and resource management


Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise testing organizations, with at least 5+ years in test management or TMO leadership roles
  • Expertise in test management, including demand/capacity planning and governance
  • Experience with contract management, SOWs, and procurement processes
  • Proven ability to operate in multi-vendor, regulated, or large-scale enterprise environments
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
