Test Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Manager to oversee the hardware and software testing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Author comprehensive test strategies, schedules, frameworks, and methodologies
• Identify, track, manage, and mitigate risks to testing and release schedules
• Design and execute qualification and acceptance testing for multiple systems and product releases

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems integration and end-to-end testing for tactical systems
• Minimum 1 year of experience in systems integration for a Navy tactical system preferred
• At least one year of experience in a scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl)
• Experience in authoring automated tests in a testing framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
• Experience with development of master test strategies, test plans, and scripts
