Job Summary
Providing program-wide quality assurance leadership, the full-time Test Manager - Virginia Licensed will oversee testing standards, mentor testers, and manage execution and reporting across development teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the testing team to produce high-quality work products and oversee the quality of test execution across development teams
- Prepare quality assessments and metrics, formulating go/no-go statements based on test progress and defect status
- Act as the main liaison for communication between the team and internal/external stakeholders while developing detailed work plans and status tracking
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or an additional 2 years of experience with an Associate's Degree, or 4 years with a high school diploma
- Demonstrated leadership ability in ambiguous situations
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to shift focus between high-priority tasks as needed
