Test Planning & Automation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Testing Lead to support a Cloud Data Modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data Validation Testing to ensure data consistency between on-premises SQL Server and the cloud environment
• Develop and implement an Automation Strategy to minimize manual processes in data validation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, architects, and stakeholders for seamless data integration and validation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Testing Lead role within Data Warehousing or Cloud Migration projects
• Strong background in data validation methodologies and automation
• Proficient in SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, Self-hosted Integration Runtime, Logic Apps, ADLS Gen2, Blob Storage, and Snowflake
• Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies effectively
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results on time
