Test Range Scheduling Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for Private Industry Customers, the remote Test Range Scheduling Specialist will manage the coordination and scheduling of operational resources, ensuring alignment with Government priorities and policies while addressing scheduling conflicts and facilitating communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling requirements for facilities, equipment, personnel, and specialized skills supporting test activities
• Review and verify test schedules for completeness and resource availability, providing recommended adjustments to Government personnel
• Facilitate communication with Private Industry Customers regarding scheduling timelines and operational testing constraints

Required qualifications

• Active SECRET Security Clearance required
• Experience in scheduling, coordination, customer service, or resource management activities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and competing requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and scheduling systems
• Ability to analyze schedules and identify potential conflicts involving resources and personnel
