Test Software Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the quality assurance process, the full-time remote Test Software Engineer will develop and execute automated test plans, maintain the automation framework, and analyze load and performance test results.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain automated test plans for software systems while identifying automation opportunities
• Enhance the automation library and framework, and develop specialized testing tools
• Participate in the product development lifecycle, ensuring verifiable and quantifiable system and software requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in testing mid-sized to large enterprise applications, including designing test processes and test cases
• Proficiency in programming with Java, C#, JavaScript, or JQuery, and experience with SQL
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and testing tools, including defect tracking utilities
• Experience with QA processes, methodologies, and testing techniques, including functional and performance testing
