Testing Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing processes, the full-time remote Testing Analyst will create test conditions and cases for system enhancements and new business products while ensuring effective communication between end users and the IT team.

Key responsibilities:

• Completes comprehensive test conditions and test cases for system enhancements and new business products and processes
• Follows best practices for documenting and executing test plans, including testing for bill review SOPs and rules
• Validates test results, documents discrepancies, and ensures resolution of issues while reporting progress to management

Required qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance and/or testing environment
• Broad knowledge of medical terminology, claims, and cost containment
• Previous system processing, payment, and benefits knowledge preferred
• Strong skills in critical thinking, analysis, and documentation
