Testing and Training Lead

Job Summary

To ensure quality assurance and user adoption of enterprise PMIS solutions, the remote contract Testing & Training Lead will manage testing phases, facilitate user feedback sessions, and design training curricula while collaborating with technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, strategy, and execution of SIT, UAT, and regression testing phases
• Facilitate interactive UAT sessions, collect user feedback, and manage defect triage and resolution
• Author and organize custom training materials and delivery schedules

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading software testing cycles and training curriculum design
• Strong, expert-level hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier
• Proven track record managing SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect-tracking cycles
• Ability to explain technical workflows to non-technical users
