Testing Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Promoting a culture of compliance, the full-time Testing Compliance Analyst will design and execute compliance monitoring and testing reviews remotely, managing multiple compliance reviews and exercising independent judgment on consumer compliance topics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency in banking laws, regulations, and compliance standards relevant to consumer compliance risk management
• Perform compliance monitoring and testing workpaper reviews, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and thoroughness
• Communicate compliance processes and findings effectively to stakeholders, preparing reports on compliance program activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a relevant field
• Two or more years of experience in accounting, audit, risk, compliance audit, or compliance testing
• Preferred certifications include CRCM, CIA, CBA, or other relevant credentials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain a growth mindset and effectively adjust to change
