Testing Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Testing Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the testing strategy and manage resource allocation for various testing roles
• Collaborate with the Environment Management Team and SCRUM teams to identify appropriate test environments for each release
• Work cross-functionally to ensure testing requirements are met during project integrations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a testing environment
• Experience in creating test plans and scenarios using HP ALM or similar tools
• Proficiency in manual testing and knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT)
• Understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of SQL for querying databases and familiarity with postman for Web services testing
