Testing Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Testing Lead to oversee testing strategies and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the testing strategy and manage resource allocation for various testing roles
• Collaborate with the Environment Management Team and SCRUM teams to identify appropriate test environments
• Work cross-functionally to ensure testing requirements are met during project integrations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a testing environment
• Experience in creating test plans and scenarios using HP ALM or similar tools
• Proficiency in manual testing and knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT)
• Experience testing in cloud environments, preferably GCP or Azure
• Knowledge of SQL for querying databases
