Testing Lead Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Testing Lead, Program Manager to oversee and manage a large enterprise-wide HRIS system and data integration project.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end test strategy for HRIS, payroll, benefits, and data integration across multiple systems
• Lead system integration testing and manage defect triage cycles, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Facilitate communication and reporting of test progress and risks to executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project/program management and test strategy development in large enterprises
• Proficiency in tools such as Zephyr for Jira, Confluence, and SmartSheet
• Strong background in data testing and system integration
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with test automation tools and processes
