Testing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Testing Manager to lead and oversee testing activities across multiple projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain test strategies and processes for high-quality software delivery
• Lead various testing efforts, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
• Manage and mentor a team of testers while collaborating with development teams and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing/quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Deep experience with Katalon testing tool and API testing
• Strong experience with cloud-based testing, particularly in Microsoft Azure environments
• Familiarity with Section 508 guidelines and usability testing
