Testing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Testing Manager responsible for supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex testing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee overall test strategy, including objectives, methodologies, and schedules
• Analyze program requirements and recommend test cycles, plans, and detailed objectives
• Lead analysis efforts to evaluate output data and provide actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Experience in various testing methodologies including system, regression, and performance testing
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
• Minimum five (5) years of experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 platform
