Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Account Director, the full-time remote position will manage key client relationships, drive strategic growth initiatives, and identify new business opportunities within the IT/Tech industry.

Key responsibilities
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and present the company to potential clients through meetings
  • Create Account Plans and regularly report on revenue and headcount growth results to senior management
  • Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities and proactively seek new business through referrals and networking
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales executive, client partner, or engagement manager roles within the IT/Tech industry
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer or a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus
  • Must be based in Texas, preferably in the Houston area
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas (Energy) or SaaS industries is a significant asset
