Job Summary

To drive strategic growth initiatives, the full-time Texas Account Director will build long-term relationships with clients, manage key account relationships, and identify new business opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and present the company to potential clients through meetings
  • Create Account Plans and regularly report on revenue and headcount growth results to management
  • Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities and prepare presentations on appropriate services
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales executive/client partner/engagement manager roles in the IT/Tech Industry
  • Experience in customer relationship management with a focus on closing deals and developing long-term client relationships
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer or a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another IT-related field is a plus
  • Must be based in Texas, preferably in the Houston area
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas (Energy) or SaaS industries is a great asset
