Job Summary

Seeking a Texas Account Director, the full-time remote position will manage key client relationships, drive strategic growth initiatives, and identify new business opportunities in the IT sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and present the company to potential clients through meetings
  • Create Account Plans and report on revenue and growth results to management regularly
  • Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities and assess customer needs
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales executive/client partner roles within the IT/Tech Industry
  • Experience in customer relationship management with a proven track record of closing deals
  • Previous experience as a Software Engineer or a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus
  • Must be based in Texas, preferably in the Houston area
  • Industry focus on Oil and Gas (Energy) or SaaS is a valuable asset
