Job Summary
Seeking a Texas Account Director, the full-time remote position will manage key client relationships, drive strategic growth initiatives, and identify new business opportunities while collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and present the company to potential clients through meetings
- Create Account Plans and report on revenue and headcount growth results to the Global Account Manager
- Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities and prepare presentations on appropriate services
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales executive, client partner, or engagement manager roles in the IT/Tech industry
- Experience in customer relationship management with a track record of closing deals
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer or a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Must be based in Texas, preferably in the Houston area
- Focus on industries such as Oil and Gas (Energy) or SaaS is an asset
