Job Summary
Building long-term relationships with clients, the full-time Texas Account Director will drive strategic growth initiatives and manage key client accounts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Create and report on Account Plans, focusing on revenue and headcount growth
- Conduct market research to identify upselling opportunities and generate new business leads
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales executive, client partner, or engagement manager roles in the IT/Tech industry
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and closing deals
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer or related degree is a plus
- Must be based in Texas, preferably in the Houston area
- Experience in the Oil and Gas or SaaS industries is an asset
