Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Texas Account Manager will assist Field Account Executives in managing a portfolio of accounts, focusing on account support, revenue enablement, and client relationship development in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AEs in executing strategic account plans and prepare materials for business reviews
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities while conducting preliminary discovery conversations
- Maintain regular communication with clients and assist in executing Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a quota-carrying sales career
- Early signs of CRM discipline and organizational rigor in a metrics-driven environment
- Clear motivation for financial growth and commission-based earnings
- Coachable and self-aware, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
