A company is looking for a Transcript Production Specialist who will format and produce final transcripts for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Format and produce transcripts while prioritizing based on due dates and guidelines
• Communicate with reporters regarding transcript status and client requests
• Coordinate the shipping of hardbound transcripts and deliver videoconference recordings

Required Qualifications

• College degree or a minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe products
• Ability to work in a professional and confidential environment
