Job Summary

Seeking a Texas and Florida Licensed Claims Adjuster, the contract Claims Adjuster will remotely manage a full caseload of complex Commercial General Liability claims, including investigation, coverage analysis, and litigation management.

Key responsibilities

• Independently investigate and manage a full caseload of CGL claims, ensuring timely resolution through proactive file management
• Analyze complex policy language to determine coverage applicability and draft clear coverage position letters
• Negotiate settlements and manage litigated files, providing strategic oversight on litigation plans and maintaining communication with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Commercial General Liability (CGL) claims handling experience
• Texas and Florida licenses with reciprocals required; New York and Arizona licenses preferred
• AIC and/or CPCU designations preferred
• Minimum of two years of true commercial GL claims handling experience, including litigation experience
