Job Summary
To lead patient access and benefits verification operations, the full-time salaried Texas and Florida Licensed RCM Director will manage a team of revenue cycle professionals, drive automation initiatives, and optimize front-end revenue cycle performance in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a front-end RCM team responsible for insurance verification and authorization management
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in patient access functions
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to registration accuracy and denial prevention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
- Minimum 3 years of facility-based revenue cycle experience in surgical hospitals, HOPDs, or ASCs
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of approximately 10 or more employees
- Hands-on experience with revenue cycle automation technologies and EDI transactions, including 270/271 eligibility verification
- Strong knowledge of authorization requirements and front-end revenue cycle best practices
