Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPA Transportation Supervisor to oversee adjusters handling various auto claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team handling collision, comprehensive, and property damage liability auto claims
• Ensure compliance with claim handling guidelines and review insurance policies for coverage determination
• Monitor team performance, provide mentorship, and participate in client audit reviews

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of industry experience
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Texas All-Lines Adjuster License; Florida License required or must be attainable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
