Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, the full-time hybrid role will provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in Texas and Florida through both in-office and virtual visits, focusing on diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions while collaborating closely with a clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients through in-office and virtual visits
- Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
- Utilize telemedicine expertise to ensure high-quality care and maintain accurate electronic medical records
Required Qualifications:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) for Nurse Practitioners; Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program for Physician Assistants
- Current board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP-BC) for NPs; Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) for PAs
- Minimum of 3 years of direct in-person patient care experience in Primary Care
- Active and unencumbered license to practice in Texas and a Florida Telehealth License or ability to obtain one upon hire
- Proven experience in providing patient care via telemedicine platforms
