Job Summary

- Provide training, coaching, and support to Restaurant Managers and teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in Quick Service Restaurants
- Demonstrated track record in employee selection, coaching, and development
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- College or University Degree preferred
- Proven ability to drive customer and employee satisfaction
