Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive testing strategies and plans
  • Build and manage a high-performing testing team, including recruitment and training
  • Coordinate with academic teams and oversee the setup and management of test sites
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of state testing procedures and district testing programs
  • Proficiency in student data-management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated experience with personnel and team management
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
