Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Client Experience Associate to join their team in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments
• Forward messages to clients in a fast-paced environment while working from home
• Maintain a regular work schedule of 40 hours per week, including a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays
