Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Spanish/ English Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support for one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S
  • Assist customers in both English and Spanish without cold calling
  • Maintain a distraction-free workspace during training and work hours
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Must reside in Texas and be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Open availability during operating hours is necessary
