Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Social Media Agent - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inbound inquiries and resolving issues through social media platforms
  • Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Effectively multitask between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong bilingual communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a virtual call center
  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma and be at least 18 years old
  • Available for 12 weeks of paid training and full-time 8-hour shifts
  • Candidates must reside in Texas to be eligible
