Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Social Media Agent, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service through social media and phone interactions, resolving issues and upselling products
  • Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Effectively multitask between customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish with strong bilingual communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a virtual call center
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Available for 12 weeks of paid training with consistent 8-hour shifts
  • Must reside in Texas and pass a background screening
