Texas Bilingual Spanish Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls to identify and address insurance needs of prospective clients
• Educate customers on insurance products while identifying opportunities for additional sales
• Resolve customer inquiries related to insurance and service issues through research and analysis

Required Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a service or sales environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• A minimum of six months of work-at-home experience
• Must be able to communicate in both Spanish and English
• High school diploma or GED required
