Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Executive - Healthcare & Facility Partnerships in the Texas market.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a sales strategy targeting Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitals, and Rehab centers across Texas
- Conduct discovery calls and present services as a Revenue Cycle Management solution to facilities struggling with Medicaid backlogs
- Onboard new facility partners and monitor account health to ensure a reduction in pending Medicaid days
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the Healthcare or Senior Care industry, specifically with Nursing Homes, Hospitals, or Post-Acute Care facilities
- Deep understanding of the Texas healthcare market, preferably located in the Austin or San Antonio area
- Familiarity with Medicaid, Revenue Cycle Management, or Hospital Discharge Planning
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality, thriving in a remote work environment
- Ability to discuss sensitive financial matters with empathy and professionalism
