• Oversee daily pricing, margin management, and rate sheet distribution to align with market movements
• Manage lock desk operations and ensure compliance with investor and company guidelines
• Lead investor relationships and develop mortgage product offerings in collaboration with various departments

Qualifications

• 7+ years of mortgage industry experience with a focus on Capital Markets
• Minimum of 4-5 direct reports within the last two years
• Deep understanding of pipeline management, hedging, and investor delivery
• Expertise with Optimal Blue or similar PPE and LOS systems such as Encompass
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
