Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sourcing and Contracts Specialist who will manage sourcing and contract activities with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with end-users and Group Purchasing Organizations for contract management and sourcing
• Support sourcing strategy execution and manage supplier relationships to meet business needs
• Review contracts for compliance and monitor contractor adherence to contractual requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in science, healthcare, or a business-related field
• 2 years of experience in contract administration, purchasing, or sourcing
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong knowledge of legal contracts, terms, and conditions
• Certification as a Certified TX Contracts Manager (CTCM) and Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) within 1.5 years
