Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Assistant MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties for the physician clinic, including answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Assist physicians with patient care and clinic needs under the supervision of the Office Manager
• Explain registration processes and procedure preparations to patients as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Medical Assisting Training/courses
• Medical Assistant Certification
• Basic Life Support certification
• Preferred: 1 year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant in a Medical Office
